The strategy and the company can be seen through a built engineering solutions and ways to answer the question of change that affects the organisation. Then, it follows a specific logic that links thought and action. Engineering and logic are not solely because of population and resources inherent to the company, or even the strategist-manager who directs. Decisions, strategic concepts and actions are not linked with an ideal discipline to manage the company.
