Search for the book using the search bar and pay attention to:
- location (library, archive, library desk...)
- status (available or already on loan)
- call number - the "book's address" on the library's shelves -

CHAMPERRET & MONTPARNASSE
Library PCs offer access to the Microsoft Office suite, all of the library databases as well as a selection of Statistical software (managed by the IT department):
SPSS : The IBM® SPSS® software platform offers advanced statistical analysis, a vast library of machine learning algorithms, text analysis, open source extensibility, integration with big data and seamless deployment into applications.
Stata 18 : Stata is a complete, integrated software package that provides all your data science needs—data manipulation, visualisation, statistics, and automated reporting.

Late return policy
- After 3 reminders, the access to the School Intranet will be suspended until all borrowed books have been returned.
- Students who have outstanding overdue loans at the end of the academic term will have their exam results withheld until library items have been returned.
Lost item policy
In the event of loss or damage to a book, please inform the library staff as early as possible.
The reader will be asked to replace the book.

CHECK OUT, RENEW, RETURN
Check out & return
Borrow and return items at the library circulation desk, or using the self-service checkout machine.
Books can also be returned in the dedicated box at the entrance of Montparnasse Library, or to the Click&Collect return box at Champerret.
Loan renewal
Renew your loans:
- at the library Circulation desk
- by using the library self-service checkout machine
- by logging in to your reader account on the library portal > Loans & Reservations > Select the book you want to keep > "Extend"
- by writing to parislibraries@escp.eu
- by calling your librarians : +33 1 49 23 21 28 (Champerret) / +33 1 49 23 27 72 (Montparnasse)
- Log in to your reader account
- Check the book location on the catalogue > click on 'Reserve this book'
- Within 24 hours, you'll be informed by email that the book is ready for collection
- Check or cancel your reservation on the reader account > 'Reservations' tab
On Champerret site
- Collect the book with your student card at the Click&Collect lockers (entrance hall, to the right of the reception desk), within 5 days after receiving the email
On Montparnasse site
- Collect the book at Montparnasse library, within 5 days after receiving the email

Before making a request, carry out a search in Publication Finder to check whether the journal title is available online
If not, make a request at the library information desk, or by email (parislibraries@escp.eu) or phone, giving full details on the requested journal and issue

1. Connect to ESCP WIFI network.
2. Go to print.escpeurope.eu
3. Log in and send print job.
4. Use your student card to retrieve print-outs.
From a Library computer
1. Choose Print and select "Printers"
2. Enter your student number (user)
At the printer:
Tap your card on the reader (symbol) and enter your log in details manually to link your account to the printing system.
You will only have to do this once.
