An interview with John P. Kotter, the award-winning author of more than a dozen books on leadership and management, is presented. When asked about the popularity of the stories and fables about leadership and management issues he said that he discovered that the brain is hardwired for stories and not for powerpoint slides. He further discusses the contents of the book "Our Iceberg Is Melting." According to him, there are two kinds of change, episodic and continuous.
