Agriculture, which was the flagship of the Guinean economy a few decades ago, is today struggling to meet the growth challenges facing the Republic of Guinea. Youth and women are particularly marked by the lack of investment, leaving several villages and localities completely abandoned. Thus, we gathered around a project to highlight the support of new technologies and digital innovation into the Guinean agricultural sector and more particularly around a project of artisanal processing and distribution of fruit juices.
Today, it is up to us to find inclusive solutions to invest locally in the value chain. From the supply, production, processing to the distribution of "made in Guinea" products. And this, while considering the environmental impact of our project. In addition, our strong digital orientation leads us to reflect the project around digital tools, using innovative fundraising campaigns, and the use of blockchains technology to ensure greater transparency of our operations.
The spectacular progress of science in today's world requires farmers not only to change their mentality, but also to do more in order to achieve more reliable and profitable agriculture. Unfortunately, in in Guinea Republic, the low standard of living of individual peasants does not augur well for such a change. Thus, it is imperative to encourage the creation of farmers' associations, groups and cooperatives so that in the union, farmers from the same geographical area can gather the necessary strength to face the challenge of modern agriculture. It is in this new context that the Sanke project fits.
Our product will therefore be the result of a rich collaboration between the different actors of the sector in order to offer, initially, quality fruit juices "made in Guinea", on the national market, but also in the sub-region and, finally, for export to niche markets in Europe and the United States. The products processed by Sanké combine quality, taste and responsible commitment to the community. It is therefore a future range of natural fruit juices from
renowned local products such as the Pineapple "La Baronne" of Guinea that combines tradition and modernity. But more than just a simple bottle of fruit juice, our concept goes much further.
Indeed, we seek to integrate the local community and the important Guinean and African Diaspora to be part of the project through a strong digitalization of the project. On the one hand, all of Sanké's operations will be certified and registered thanks to the implementation of a blockchain technology that will ensure a total transparency at each stage of the value chain, as a guarantee of credibility.
The circuit is simple, plantation owners will be able to join the Sanké cooperative to sell their production at the best guaranteed prices. Processing, transport and storage being carried out by Sanké. Once the control of reception is finalized, the transformation into juice is carried out by a team of young women; the juice is conditioned there, then sterilized in order to meet international distribution standards. The logistics begin in order to sell the products on the national, sub-regional and international markets. All the operations are identifiable on

each bottle of juice thanks to the use of QR code, making the information from the
blockchain accessible to all.
The added value thus generated is then re-injected into the value chain of the agricultural
sector in order to optimize the Sanké agricultural cooperatives and the expansion of the
Sanké product range.
On the other hand, investors will be able to join and finance this project thanks to a
crowdfunding process (participative financing) combined with the blockchain. Indeed,
several possibilities will be offered in order to facilitate the investment. Firstly, by entering
Sanké's capital, with an accessible entry ticket and limited fees. In addition, equity
crowdfunding will offer possibilities of profitability through the future dividends realized by
Sanké or will allow to benefit from tax advantages for foreign investors.
Then, for the most generous, a model of participative financing such as that proposed by
Kickstarter projects will allow them to participate in the project by becoming the first to
benefit from the products and pack, but also, and above all, to be randomly visible on the
labels of our products.
