This dissertation aims to undertake the equity valuation of Banque Africaine pour lIndustrie et le Commerce (BAIC), using the discounted equity cash flow (FCFE) method. The results indicate that the banks intrinsic equity value is more than two times its book value. Equity valuation through two comparables methods have also been used and all ascertained the banks share value as per the discounted FCFE method. A series ofsensitivity have been carried out and all prove the robustness of the banksforecasted figures and the sustainability of its share price.
