Quick commerce (Q-commerce) has rapidly expanded in the digital retail model built on the ultra-fast delivery, hyper-local fulfillment, and mobile-first purchasing. Despite its widespread adoption,the academic research on Q-commerce and customer loyalty remains fragmented across multiple fields, making it difficult to understand the evolution of this research area .This study addresses the gap by combining a systematic literature review (SLR) with a bibliometric analysis of 131 Scopus-indexed journal articles published between 2010 and 2025. Using the PRISMA 2020 framework and the Bibliometrix package in R, a study maps publication trends, influential journals and authors, keyword networks, and thematic clusters.The existing studies have primarily focused on steady rise in research interest after 2018, particularly during the COVID-19 period, when demand for contactless and time sensitive delivery increased. The existing literature largely relies on the established theories of service quality, satisfaction, and trust, showing how loyalty frameworks in Q-commerce are often derived from the traditional e-commerce models. At the same time, emerging themes such sustainability, ethical consumption, and digitally mediated trust are gaining attention, although they remain under explored. To get a clearer intellectual structure of loyalty in Q-commerce, these patterns were consolidated thus offers theoretically grounded and practice-oriented directions of future research.
