The music streaming business is a major reason why the music industry is doing well again today. Most stakeholders are benefiting from this development, but the majority of artists are not among them. Their revenues from recorded music are lower than ever before. In this context, there are various approaches that aim to improve the income situation of artists in the future. The goal of this thesis is to examine to what extent users prefer streaming providers that give them the opportunity to support their idols monetarily.
