The purpose of this paper is to understand the dynamic behind the motivation of young leaders at work. In recent years, a lot more is expected from fresh graduates and companies are keener to accept young people in high level positions. These circumstances create an incentive for young generations to apply to these more agile companies without really knowing what to expect. Furthermore, a lot of their frustration at work comes from the fact that they lack credibility due to their age. That is why, it is interesting to understand what really shapes the credibility of these young leaders and how they are facing new challenges at work.
