Through this thesis we have tried to find out as much as possible about this virulent virus which
inflicts heavy damage and consequences to the whole world but especially to the hotel and catering
sector.
As you will have understood, our thesis will therefore focus on this sector that we are so passionate
about and more precisely on the impact of this virus on the F&B service.
In order to share with you the most accurate research and results possible, we will present them to you
in 4 parts.
We will start by describing the catering sector through its role in the company, its management and its
functioning.
Then we will talk about the famous virus that will mark the minds and the history of the world. After a
scientific description of this virus we will develop on its impact in a general sense, then on the global
hotel industry and finally on the F&B service which is the central point of this thesis.
In a third step, we will explain our research process and the tools that allowed us to conduct this
research and obtain the results.
Finally, we will present the results and solutions obtained thanks to the research carried out and the
participation of external people who have been of great help to us.
