This thesis leads to the identification of factors susceptible to contribute to the success of cross-border strategic alliances through the implementation of cross-cultural management. After presenting a theoretical look at cross-cultural management and strategic alliances, an empirical study will be based on the successful outcome of the implementation of cross-cultural management in the formation and the integration process of the Renault Nissan alliance.
