Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) are strategies implemented to increase the likehood of effectively recovering business functions from major disaster. This book aims to fulfill two key objectives. First, it will examine whether the ranking of Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for implementing a BC/DR program has changed from previous research, specifically subsequent to the events of September 11th, 2001. Second, this publication will attempt to further increase contribution to the academic and practitioner communities by outlining several CSFs not referenced before.
