Tourism is often considered an essential factor in economic development. Research generally describes the tourism industry in the form of different supply chains created from centered larger networks. However, there are only very few studies on the issue of their assembly and the roles played by the central organization in these networks. Thus in this article we intend to understand how the actor - pivot of a tourist network meets current challenges of responsiveness, flexibility, modularity and assemblies offered.
